Donor Recognition

• The Childhood Asthma Foundation is very appreciative of its donors. With their support we are able to fund research, asthma programs, and provide educational material (at no charge) to the thousands of Canadian families living with childhood asthma.
  
  A special thanks to our monthly donors, who through their generosity, allow us to help children suffering from asthma, while assisting us to minimize our administrative costs.
  
  The Childhood Asthma Foundation would like to add 100 more monthly donors by the end of 2008. To become a monthly donor, click on the "Make a Donation" link, print and complete the Donation form, checking the "I'd like to become a monthly donor" and mail or fax the form to CAF.
